What to Expect in a Session
Each session is designed to be high-impact, intuitive, and tailored to you. You can expect

- Real shifts in limiting beliefs and energetic blocks
Please note:
The depth and outcome of each session reflect your openness, willingness to engage, and readiness for change. Coaching is collaborative, and results follow the energy you bring into the space.
If you’ve purchased a multi-session package
- Sessions begin within 30 days of purchase
- Sessions are designed to be used consistently within the agreed timeframe
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
- Missed sessions without notice are forfeited unless in genuine emergency
- WhatsApp is used for quick communication
- All coaching packages are non refundable
Refund Policy
All coaching services, including one off sessions and packages, are non refundable once booked or delivered.
By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to this.
Digital Products & Instant Access Purchases
All digital products, including downloadable resources, audio, video, written materials, templates, and licensed content, are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non refundable.
Please check your inbox and spam folder for your access email shortly after purchase
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are receiving instant access to digital content
- The product is classified as non cancellable under UK consumer law
- No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once access is granted
If a product is later included in a promotion, bundle, or offer, this does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
All purchases are final and non transferable.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions
- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice
- Late cancellations or missed sessions are forfeited
- Exceptions may be made in genuine and documented emergencies
Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered
- You are responsible for the full package fee
- Refunds are not issued for unused sessions
Service Commitment
Samantha Francome delivers all sessions within the agreed timeframe.
It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within the validity period.
Coaching packages are non refundable. Please ensure the work feels aligned before committing.
Consumer Rights
This service operates in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Due to the bespoke nature of coaching, your statutory 14 day cancellation rights do not apply once a session has been delivered or accessed at your request.
Disclaimer of Liability
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
No outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on your personal commitment and integration.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Licence and Affiliation Disclosers
Samantha Francome holds master resell rights (MRR) and is a licensed reseller of the “10K a Month” program through Regan Hillyer International.
This is a separate offering from one to one coaching and is clearly indicated where relevant.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
