I was instantly put at ease by Sam’s warmth and her grounded attitude.
She clearly outlined the structure of the session and gave info about how she would help me to keep on track so as to get the most out of the session in the time we had.

I was delighted to be gently and clearly led through a process which enabled me to get clarity about my first action step,very swiftly. There was one point where we dropped deeper and Sam was very respectful and gave me an invitation to go deeper or to save that for another time. I really appreciated her perception and sensitivity.

It was a great session which gave me actionable steps in a short amount of time which I really liked. Sam is very empathic and I felt instantly open to her and able to relax. She is very skilled at asking just the right things to help you unmask blockages and gain insight which is priceless! T
